Somma is a modern Italian fine dining destination by Puglian Chef Mirko Febbrile that explores a new kind of luxury for the modern day. Somma’s seasons are dictated not by the tilt of the earth, but by the invisible threads that bring people together. In March 2025, Somma introduced its first Solterra season, Vendemmia and Folklore to follow. Each chapter is a deeper understanding of what it means to eat, to gather, to celebrate.


Solterra — sol (sun) and terra (earth) in harmony. This is a time of renewal and discovery, of golden fields and ripening vines, of hands in the soil and the vibrant abundance of Puglia. For this season, Somma would like to produce a gift for guests to take home — a zine showcasing the inspiration of Solterra, which can also be reused as a wrapper.
